More plush than its stablemates, with sweeter dark fruit flavors and supple texture. The darker qualities carry through the finish, which leaves behind strong, musky dried plum, cherry and mocha. With air, the fruit became fresher and sweeter, taking on a cassis and floral pastille character. This bruiser needs some cellar time but holds terrific promise."
